Tigers Currently Unbeaten this season

Something to appreciate about this year's team is the good chemistry that is within the team. The back line is moving the ball technically well down the line during match games and you can tell that work is being put in during practice sessions.
Many were amazed to see the defensive effort put by Tigers for about 3 minutes near the try line before CBC lost the ball to Tigers. Indeed the winning team is practicing the best way possible and you can only appreciate that there is a unique coaching style that Coach De Souza, Tapiwa Semple are implementing.

The team is not only strong with 15 players but including the impact players because while the gifted left wing Kudzi Vudzijena who currently has a try in three games was not playing against CBC due to academic exam commitments, as well injured David Kunaka the team was able to be adjust and beat CBC 22-0.

The leading try scorers are Brandon Sifa with 4 tries in 4 games and Captain Takunda Chifamba with 3 tries in 4 games. We appreciate everyone who has scored tries this season and to see all Backs who scored tries view Backs. Forwards who have scored tries this season view Forwards.

We would want to encourage the team to keep up the good works and in knowing that each player is playing a pivotal role in gaining the overall win result. Players names that come to mind are Milton Mukurunyorwa, Weston Rabvunda, Tatenda Kamubvumbi, Earl Chitendeni, Ethan Chitendeni, Academy Chauke, Tadiwanashe Choto, Tafadzwa Magada, Brightman Mandihlare, David Kunaka, Tadiwanashe Ziki, Tatenda Madebwe, Nathaniel Gabi and the rest of the team are all putting great effort.
This coming weekend is fixture free and we look forward to the 7s tournament to be held at Peterhouse the Saturday after fixtures free.
